This upscale-casual seafood restaurant group contracted us to assist with the grand opening of its Paramus and Marlton, NJ locations. Raker Goldstein & Co. was tasked with the challenge of generating immediate media attention of the locations and helping to establish relationships with the community where there were previously none. As part of our outreach, Raker Goldstein & Co. assisted in the selection of a local charity partners and the organization of high-profile fundraising events. Raker Goldstein & Co. arranged visits of key media personnel and assisted with direct outreach to the restaurant’s preferred clientele base. Combined with outreach to area businesses, Raker Goldstein & Co. coordinated multiple “excursions” to the restaurant, developing locals’ familiarity with the restaurant concept and enhancing the buzz and word of mouth about this new dining destination.
